Here you will find progress photos of the rebuilding of Bailey Ray's. We've kept some of the progress descriptions below as milestones that we achieved during the rebuild.

9/25/07... No more photos will be added to this page. We're up and running so come on in and see it for yourself.

7/21/07... Completed our fifth annual Santiago Shakedown. See the Events page for photos of the event.

6/11/07... The kitchen is fully functioning now. Come on by and check out our menu. See the home page for hours. Our breakfast menu be available starting 6/16/07. We'll be expanding the menu even further later on.

6/8/07... We're currently serving pizza!! At the point when we are fully functional in all regards, this page will be changed and we'll just leave a few of these photos up for "old times sake".

5/17/07... The bar is OPEN. YEAH!! The kitchen is not yet open though. With volleyball starting tonight, we figured we better get something open and the bar is it.

5/11/07... The plumbing for the bar areas is being completed. The railings for the outdoor patio area are complete. The kitchen plumbing is getting completed and progress is being made on completion of the kitchen area. The bathrooms are almost finished. We are installing the sinks in there and then they should be functional and with more room than the old bar had. The carpet has been laid in the non-smoking bar area and we have a new sign out front.

4/26/07... We are sanding down the dance floor, finishing up the no-smoking section, getting the kitchen ready, and trying to work on an assortment of tasks.

4/13/07... We have tables being put in. The indoor stage has a new sun logo railing installed now. Most of the painting has been completed. The kitchen floor has been completed.

3/29/07... We have the siding all completed. We're hard at work on painting, installing flooring, wall detailing using barn board for trim, and getting the kitchen setup.

2/22/07... Siding was underway. The bar is taking shape and brick and part of the ancient black walnut bar from Little Jack’s, a well-known watering hole in nord'east Minneapolis that sold off a number of their fixtures, is being installed. You can also see part of the fireplace we put into the entry of the building.

1/13/07... The building has been framed and the new roof put on. We have the plumbing laid out and the concrete flooring poured inside the bar. The inside walls are almost completely framed inside and we're beginning to see our vision show itself.
